A: No. The expansion kits are technically what the product is described to be. It is an expanded version of the nail art graphic templates representing either a Special Edition or Seasonal Theme Kit. It is an ever expanding library of nail art graphics that provides you the ability to change your nail art in minutes to show your self-expression.
Q: How come the nail art does not print out perfect onto my nails?
A: When this happens, three (3) things should be considered as potential reasons:
(1) Check the smoothness of your nails. Most of the time when your nail has “ridges” or high and low points, the art may not fully imprint in your nails.
(2) You may have pressed the pad holder knob too hard. Remember, all you need is to give the pad holder know a very light tap (just like tapping a doorbell “ding dong” effect). When you only tap the pad holder knob very lightly, the imprint should stand out distinctively on to your nails.
(3) The nail art polishes dries in seconds (about 5 seconds to be exact) once applied onto the selected nail art design of the template. It is required that once the nail art polish has been applied that you have already set your nail in the centerline while the other hand you have just used to apply the nail art polish to the metal template be used immediately sliding the pad holder knob and tapping the nail art design with the nail art polish and sliding it quickly and tapping the design to your nail. All this done should be done in less than 5 seconds! A: No. The nail art polish is a specially-formulated polish for the silicone based pad holder to readily get in contact with the nail art polish from the metal template and transfer the nail art polish color onto the nails. The special formulation does not create a smooth base for the nails. It just would not serve the purpose of a base coat!
Q: Can I use any base coat from other brands?
A: Absolutely! There are hundreds and if not thousands of other currently available nail polish available in the marketplace. The variations of colors and textures (matte, metallic, etc.) can be used in combination with the Nail Art Diva! Kit. Based on popular demand, we are also seriously considering carrying our own nail polish brand that can be used as base coat to complement the Diva Basics Kit. Please stay tuned!
Q: How come my nail art does not last that long? Most of my nail arts faded away after one washing.
