You will be receiving an email notification of your order after placing your order using any of these methods as long as you either provided via phone or filled out the email address on the form provided to you.

We accept orders being shipped in U.S. destinations only at this time. We are very sorry for this inconvenience as we cannot accept orders being shipped to international locations.

Orders received are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt except Saturday and Sunday which will be processed during the next business day which is Monday.  We also offer 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries.  Under Shipping Method, please make sure that you select either 2nd Day or Next Day delivery.  Orders placed before 10 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day as long as product is available at that time.

We take pride in shipping your orders on time as soon as we have received it within 24 hours. However, in case of very extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances, we will alert you to any shipping delays at the time of order. Should there be any delay associated with your order that have products available at the time you ordered, we will notify you within 10 days after you have placed your order.

We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax for orders from residents in South Dakota (SD) and 7.2% sales tax for North Carolina (NC).

SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMES

Our standard delivery option is UPS Ground. Standard delivery is shipped within 7-10 business days upon receipt of order.

For 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries, orders must be received before 10 AM ET so we could process it same day.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed in the event that there would be any service interruptions beyond the control of NailArtDiva.com (e.g. transportation provider, bank or credit card payment, etc.)

Gift wrapping is available for phone orders only. For orders that require gift wrapping please call 1-800-960-9618.

ORDER STATUS

We provide you the benefit of being able to track your order history under My Account link. Please be sure to register should you want to take advantage of this tracking feature.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

When an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we provide an estimated date the product would be available with no guarantee on our end of the exact arrival dates as it is solely dependent when the manufacturer can get the product to our fulfillment center. Items that are in stock will automatically be shipped to you. We will ship your backordered item as soon as we have it back in stock using the same shipping and payment information on your original order. We will notify you with an e-mail once your backorder item has been shipped from our warehouse.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once orders with items in stock are taken they are typically processed within 24 hours. There will be an extremely small window to call in and cancel. However, once the package arrives at the destination you have designated when you have placed the order, you can refuse the package and have it returned to us by marking the unopened package “Return to Sender”.

For any backordered items you want to cancel, you can send us an email with your order no. or you can also call us at 1.800.960.9618 stating your intention to have your backordered item(s) canceled. You will receive an email confirmation from us regarding your cancelation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the product and any unused items within 30 days upon receipt of the product and fill out your reason for return in the enclosed return form. We will be glad to provide you with a full refund of the original amount of purchase minus shipping and handling (if applicable). Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid via e-gift card, a new e-gift card will be provided to you and will be emailed to you to the email address we have on file.

Only items purchased on NailArtDiva.com may be accepted for return or exchange of the same returned item.

Please kindly allow approximately 2-3 business days for credit to post into your account after the date of processing.
